The fundamental basis within a team is to create a link and know how to communicate well. Good communication, with constructive feedback between managers and their teams, promotes good understanding at work and the achievement of objectives!

I had one of my best team cohesion experiences a few months ago following the unimaginable departures that occurred at a critical time for our organization like most of the large SMEs in the world. .

The strength of team cohesion
However, in the face of adversity, the top management team, which had remained faithful, consolidates as never before and commits all its vital forces to solving the problem. Swat teams are created to explore different possible solutions. Decision-making is clearly allocated between the different actors, and communications are fluid. But above all, the team members maintain their optimism despite the storm, trust each other, and build their working hypotheses taking into account the divergent opinions.

Exhausted, but delighted, we manage to put things back in order and the weeks to come will be pleasant surprises for everyone but above all for the brave collaborators of the (CIRTIC) Center for Innovation in Technological Research and Creative Industry - from the FAMIB group.

I may surprise you, but I consider this episode a great success. Our team cohesion, which translated into our ability to work together effectively, productively and positively, made the difference. The shock could have been brutal but if the team members had not worked so well together.

We would in fact like to reproduce such a performance in all circumstances and not only in times of crisis!
